To download the software, follow these steps:
- Click this button:
- When a message asks, “Do you want to run or save this file?”, click Save.
- Browse to your computer Desktop, and click Save.
We strongly suggest that you save the downloaded file to the Desktop so you will be able to find it easily after the download is complete.
Although you can click Run to start the installation process without downloading, we recommend that you first download and then install the software.
A message box shows the progress of the download.
- When the download completes, click Close.
Install the POWERPREP II Software
If you have problems installing the software, see the Downloading/Installation section of the POWERPREP II Frequently Asked Questions for guidance.
To install POWERPREP II, follow these steps:
- On your computer desktop, double-click this icon (which opens the installation software you just downloaded):
Do not be concerned if you see a security warning like the following one. It is safe to install the POWERPREP II software.
- If you see a security warning like the one above, click Run or Yes.
- After the setup is prepared, the Welcome page of the POWERPREP II – InstallShield Wizard opens. Click Next to continue.
- On the End User License Agreement page, carefully review the license agreement and then click I accept the terms of the license agreement to agree to the terms.
You must accept the terms of the agreement to install the software.
- Click Next.
- On the Choose Destination Location page, click Next to install the software in the default location.
You can click Change to install in another location, but we recommend you install POWERPREP II in the default location (C:\Program Files\ETS\POWERPREP II).
- Click Install.
A message box shows the progress of the download.
- When the installation completes, click Finish.
Start POWERPREP II
Once you have installed POWERPREP II, you can start the software by following these steps:
- From the Windows Start menu, click All Programs.
- Open the POWERPREP II group, and click Launch POWERPREP II.
- When the web browser opens to the POWERPREP II Software page, review the instructions for using the software.
If a Windows security message appears, right click the message and choose Allow Blocked Content.
Once you have successfully opened POWERPREP II, you can delete the installation software. Right-click the icon for the installation file on your computer desktop, and click Delete.

Hey I can’t download the power prep software. I mean, i can download but it’s not getting installed. Any suggestions?

ya thr is some prob with software in win 7
are u using the same then u need to use Xp install it thr
thn copy the installed files to win 7 it will work proprly
or if u have prob with win xp thn just try to run the .bat file in BIN folder
CMD RUN / path of installed folder / bin /—.bat
